PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

NAW MBR118 - the most popular MBR series - Modular Bass Refleks based on an 18" high-power neodymium speaker with a 4" voice coil and high SPL

The MBR series is designed around the concept of multi-purpose modules. Using a few common components, we can create structures that achieve various acoustic goals, which is particularly important in the case of bass. Properly positioning the bass modules allows for things like controlling the directivity of the low-frequency beam, maintaining a high SPL over distance, and properly blending low frequencies within the sound field. MBR modules are also incredibly easy and physically adaptable to create cardioid and end-fired structures, which can significantly reduce the sound pressure behind the bass. FULL MODULARITY

It can work alone as the bass base of a sound system for a DJ or band, and in combination with other MBR118 and MBR218 it can also create large-format outdoor installations.

BASIC TECHNICAL DATA:

18" speaker in a rectangular bass-reflex enclosure made of waterproof Baltic plywood and finished with black textured paint or polyurethane. Carrying handles are located at the center of gravity for ease of transport and handling. M8 mounting points are used to connect the subwoofers to each other and to VSC series satellites. A tripod flange with M20 thread (traditional available upon request). State-of-the-art speakers are used, assembled to our specifications at the B&C Speakers factory in Italy.
